Spinach & Gorgonzola lasagna

Ingredients:

• 6 to 9 sheets of dry lasagna
• 150 g of gorgonzola
• 800 g of fresh spinach
• 50 cl of milk
• 35 g of butter
• 15 cl of liquid cream
• 2 sprigs of sage
• 2 shallots
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper

Steps :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.

Bechamel

  1. On low heat, melt the butter then add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon until you obtain a roux (flour and butter amalgamated). Then add the milk little by little while whisking to avoid the formation of lumps. Don’t stop stirring. Your bechamel sauce should be smooth and creamy.
  2. Then add the gorgonzola beforehand. 6. In an oven dish, spread a light layer of bechamel in the bottom to prevent the lasagna dough from sticking. Then proceed with the assembly by alternating a layer of lasagna sheets then a layer of spinach and béchamel, and continue until all the ingredients are used up.
  3. Bake for about 30 minutes, depending on the power of your oven, and serve your spinach and gorgonzola lasagna with a green salad! Cut into pieces then stir in the liquid cream. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  4. Chop the sage and add it to the preparation.
  5. Hull and rinse the spinach, then brown it in a drizzle of olive oil with the chopped shallot.
