Cantonese rice: the real Chinese cooking recipe

List of ingredients
300 g of cooked rice (for 4 people)
100 g corn kernels
100 g frozen peas
50 g of Chinese canton sausage (or mild chorizo ​​or Morteau sausage)
2 eggs
1 carrot
1 C. tablespoons of sunflower oil
2 spring onions or onions
1 C. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Recipe steps
Peel the carrot, cut into small cubes as well as the scallions (or onions)
Cut the sausages into small cubes as well (you can replace them with diced chicken, small prawns etc.) and brown them in a non-stick pan with the oil for a few minutes.
Then add the carrots, leave to brown for 5 minutes, adding the soy sauce
Add the already cooked rice, mix well to loosen the grains of rice
Add the onion (or spring onion), salt, and mix. Then pour the beaten eggs on the rice directly and mix so that the egg is distributed well over all the rice, mix well to take off the grains of rice again
Finally add the corn and peas, pepper and continue cooking for 2 minutes, it’s ready!
